Mr. Ferguson Is Ill Today

John and Riley are caught by the police in Mexico while Sarah is kidnapped by Cromartie. Read the recap and review of Fox's Terminator.

Sarah works in the garage. She sees John saying goodbye to Riley as she leaves on her bike. John tells Sarah that he bought Riley a helmet. Sarah tells him that it won't protect her from bullets. Sarah tells John to let Riley go if he truly cares for her. John leaves as Cameron approaches Sarah. Cameron tells Sarah that she will talk to John about Riley.

Cameron goes to John's room and takes off her jacket. She enters and lays down with John on his bed. She tells John that he is endangering Riley's life and should not see her anymore. John tells her that he needs to get some sleep. After Cameron leaves the room, John puts on a jacket, grabs a bag and calls Riley. He tells her that he will be over soon. John sneaks out the back door.

John and Riley meet and get on a bus. John tells Riley that they are heading down to Mexico. He says that he wants to show her a place where he grew up.

The next morning, Sarah starts to install a safe in the floor. Cameron comes down stairs and tells her that she spoke to John and he probably won't see Riley anymore. Cameron tells Sarah that she is headed downtown to pick up more ammunition from their storage space. Cameron grabs the keys then heads out.

Sarah continues working on installing the safe. Cromartie appears and grabs Sarah by the legs. He drags her to the stairs then lifts her by the neck. He takes Sarah to John's bedroom and sees that he is not there. Cromartie asks Sarah if she knows where he is. He sees that she doesn't know. He chokes her until she passes out.

John and Riley arrive in Mexico. They see that the town is preparing for the evening's Day of the Dead celebration. That night, John has dinner with Riley in a restaurant. A man takes their photo and offers to print them a picture and send it to them via email for 5 dollars. John offers 5 dollars for him to erase the photo. The man recognizes John as being Sarah Connor's kid. John realizes that the man is blowing his cover in front of Riley. John pulls the man away to talk. The man tells John that the authorities would be interested in his picture. He tells John to give him everything he has. Riley walks up and grabs the camera. The man pushes Riley down. The police see the commotion and grab Riley as John runs out the door. John looks back at Riley and decides to turn himself in.

From the statement given by the picture taker, the police know that they are holding John Connor. The police find that John is carrying a fake passport and report their findings to the FBI.

Ellison is contacted by an old friend at the FBI. He is told that John Connor is being detained in Mexico. He heads down to Mexico to investigate.

John is asked to explain his situation. John tells the Mexican police that he is just a tourist. John says that his uncle and mom don't know that he is Mexico. The police tell him to call his uncle. John makes a phone call to Derek and enters a code informing him that he is in trouble. They tell him to call his mom. He makes the call and enters the code. John hears his mother's voice on the other line asking if he is okay. John realizes that a Terminator has his mom's phone and is emulating her voice. He realizes that the Terminator will now go to Mexico to kill him.

Derek receives the call on his cell phone while he is in his storage room with Cameron. He tells her that John is in trouble. He sees that John called from Mexico. He heads down to Mexico with Cameron.

After receiving the call on Sarah's phone, Cromartie tapes and puts Sarah in the back of his convertible while she is still unconscious. He knows that John is in Mexico. Sarah wakes up during the ride. She manages to break free and hop out of the car while it is moving. Cromartie stops and puts her in the trunk.

Ellison arrives at the station and tells the chief of police that he wants to take John Connor in. The chief doesn't believe that the boy in the cell is the same person that Ellison is looking for. Ellison says that if it is John, he is in danger. The chief is called out to meet with someone in the front of the station. The chief excuses himself, leaves Ellison and meets with Cromartie. Cromartie asks to see John Connor, but is denied access. Cromartie pulls out a gun and starts to shoot the policemen. Ellison sees that Cromartie is in the building and tries to find John.
