Sarah wakes up in a hospital. She remembers being shot at the warehouse. She sees on her record that the hospital does not know who she is. She hears a voice tell her to get up on her feet. Sarah pulls out her IV and gets up. She sees the image of Kyle Reese tell her to come with her if she wants to live. An officer outside Sarah's room enters after he hears a window break. Sarah surprises the officer and chokes him unconscious. Sarah walks out of the hospital.

Derek gets a message that Riley tried to kill herself. Derek tells Jesse that he is going to the hospital. At the hospital, John tells Derek that the paramedics got to Riley before she lost too much blood. John asks Riley's doctor if she is okay. The doctor says that Child Protective Services is going to look at Riley. Sarah calls Derek and tells him about the warehouse. She tells Derek that there is evidence of her in the jeep at the warehouse. She tells him to burn it all. Derek tells John that Sarah found something to do with the three dots in the desert. Derek tells John that he should stay with Riley then leaves.

Kyle tells Sarah that Derek is out of his time. He says that Derek is lost and John is all that he has. Sarah puts a gun to the back of a doctor that has just arrived at work. She tells the doctor to help her. Sarah walks the doctor into a hotel room. Kyle tells Sarah to reassure her. Sarah tells the doctor that she has a bullet in her leg. The doctor cuts away at Sarah's pants and dressing to reveal her wound. She asks Sarah who hurt her. Kyle tells Sarah to let the doctor help her and to figure out why the woman is a doctor. Sarah tells the doctor and Kyle that she has a wound on her arm from a stab when she tried to protect her son. Sarah tells the doctor that the man that hurt her always finds her. The doctor asks whats her name is. She tells her that her name is Sarah.

Two officers get a call about Sarah. One of the officers says that the woman that escaped the hospital must be tough. Another officer says that a doctor named Felicia Burnett has not reported to work. The officers decide to look for Felicia at her house.

Felicia asks Sarah about her son. Sarah says that John looks like his father. He says that John has strength. Felicia cuts into Sarah to remove the bullet.

John visits Riley in her hospital room and asks how she is. Riley says that she is an idiot. Cameron walks in and tells Riley that she is worried about her. Riley tells her not to be. John gives Riley a kiss then leaves with Cameron.

At the motel room, Sarah lays in bed after getting her bullet removed. Kyle tells Sarah that she is stronger than she thinks. Kyle says that John told him to tell her that message. Felicia tells Sarah that the bullet is just above her femoral artery. She says that if she nicks it she will die within minutes. Felicia tells Sarah that they need to go to the hospital so they can use real instruments.

Meanwhile at Zeiracorp, Ellison visits John Henry. He sees that John Henry was given robot toys so he can practice his fine motor skills. He says that the toys have excellent range of motion with its ball and socket joints. Ellison says that his body was modeled after God's image. John Henry says that his body is less efficient. John Henry says that his body took over a person's identity and killed many people. John says that he has a question for God. He says that he wants to know why God didn't use more socket joints when he made them. Later, Ellison tells Catherine that he is worried about what John is about to become.

The police officers go to Sarah's room and see that it is full of blood and medical equipment. Meanwhile, Sarah and Felicia arrive at the hospital. Sarah tells Felicia to get a gurney so she can sneak into the hospital.
