Sam watches as Paul's body is removed from the office. He looks up and sees Dean. Dean talks to his co-worker about the incident, then researches Paul online. Meanwhile, Sam asks Ian why Paul would have killed himself two weeks before he retired. Ian tells Sam he is too busy. Sam asks Ian what is wrong with him and notices he shaved and is wearing the proper uniform. Ian tells Sam he has to talk to a manager. Ian goes to Dean and he tells Ian that he filled out a form incorrectly. Ian freaks out, but Dean tells him it's no big deal. Ian apologizes profusely, then runs out of the room. Dean follows him to the bathroom and tells him to chill out. Dean then sees his breath and the soap dispensers start to overflow. Ian pulls out a pencil and stabs himself in the neck. Dean sees an old man in the mirror, but he is gone when he turns around. Ian dies and Dean calls for help.

Dean tells the EMTs that he followed Ian into the bathroom and he stabbed himself in the neck. Dean looks up and sees Sam. He then calls Sam and demands he come to his office. Dean asks Sam who he is. Sam tells him he is Sam Wesson and he started three weeks ago. Dean reminds him that he talked about ghosts in the elevator. Dean tells him he started three weeks ago too. Sam asks Dean if he saw something in the bathroom. Dean says he doesn't know. Sam asks if he saw a ghost. Sam goes on to say that he thinks the suicides aren't suicides and they are unnatural. Dean asks what Sam's theory is based on and Sam says instinct. Dean says he has the same instincts. Sam tells Dean that he was dreaming about ghosts and now there are real ghosts. Sam says he was digging and found a connection between the two guys. Dean notices that Sam broke into the victim's email accounts. Sam says they both got emails from Human Resources. Dean asks if they should check it out and Sam says he is dying to check it out.

A man walks up to room 1444. He walks in and calls out, but no one responds. The door slams shut behind him and he is locked inside. Sam and Dean arrive and the ghost appears. The ghost throws Sam and Dean and is about to electrocute them. Dean fights off the ghost before he attacks. Sam asks how Dean knew how to fight off the ghost and Dean says he has no idea.
