I think that they are planning on bringing Doug back for another episode. I think that his charges will be dropped. There is still some unresolved business with the murder of his father. The smirk that he flashed early on in the episode leads me to believe that he remembers what he did. I think he thinks that he can get away with murder, he likes to kill, and will do it again. He might bring in and torture Eric mentally for his willingness to trust Doug.

I was disappointed with the actual case. I have a hard time believing that someone would put that much cash in a barbecue grill. It looked like anyone could have gone to the back yard and take the cash. If you look at the picture below, you can see how poor of a hiding place it was. I also had a hard time believing that Kurt would put on a pair of gloves that had holes in them. After I first watched the show, I was thinking that maybe Kurt ripped them while digging in the grill. When I watched the episode again, I saw that the bag of cash was sitting on top of the grill and that he approached it with a hole in his glove already. Kurt seemed like the type of guy that would not even have one misplaced hair. The holes in the gloves were so obvious and big that you could drive a truck through them. I would also think that he would have lawyered up immediately instead of giving a full confession. If someone was thinking ahead far enough to put on gloves in order to prevent fingerprints, wouldn't they see that the holed gloves would not work?
