Vossler arrives at Dubako's headquarters. Dubako's men bring Henry out of the trunk and bring him in a building. Dubako watches Taylor give a a press conference stating that the Sengalan terrorists are no longer a threat. She announces that she is sending forces into Sengala and that power will be restored to Motobo. Dubako goes into his hideout in the back of a store. He sees that Henry is there. Vossler says that he has to start his shift. Henry tells Dubako that he is angry that he killed his son. Dubako asks Henry if his wife loves him.

Meanwhile, Jack, Bill, Chloe, Renee, and Motobo enter the White House. After her press conference Taylor is told that Motobo has arrived. Ethan tells Taylor that Jack is part of the team that took in Motobo. Taylor says that Jack is one of the kidnappers and it doesn't make sense that Jack is now part of the team. Taylor meets with Motobo and tells him that the army is on the way into his country. Motobo tells Taylor that he must meet with his people to prepare for the post invasion. Taylor asks Bill and Jack what is going on. Jack tells Taylor that someone in her administration is working against her. Bill tells Taylor that he didn't go to her because he didn't know who to trust. Taylor is angry at the deaths due to the use of the CIP device. Renee says that Jack and the team saved thousands of people. Jack says that they need to find Dubako under the radar. Ethan is worried that they are unable to include the FBI and DHS. Dubako calls Taylor and tells her that he has her husband. Henry tells Taylor that the terrorists are going to use him to get what they want. Dubako tells Taylor that her husband will die a slow and painful death if she doesn't hand over Motobo to him by 4pm. Dubako orders his men to cut off Henry's pointer finger. After hearing Henry scream, Taylor tells Dubako to stop.

Ethan tells Taylor that they found Samantha and Gedge dead in Samantha's apartment. He says that he thinks that Gedge was working with the terrorists. Jack offers to find Dubako. He says that she can trust him to get Henry back safe. Jack tells Taylor to pretend that she is going along with Dubako's plans. Taylor agrees to his plan and tells Jack to find her huband.

Jack asks Renee to get him the phone records of Agent Gedge. Renee tells Jack that she trusts Larry and that he can help. Renee calls Larry and tells her that she is alive, but can't let anyone else know. Renee tells Larry that she is working with Jack. Renee says that the FBI has been compromised. She tells him about Henry's kidnapping. She says that if they don't find Henry by 4 pm, he will be killed. Renee tells Larry to look at Gedge's phone logs. Larry says that he wants to make sure that the situation is real before he helps. He tells her to meet him at the Reflection Pool.

Sean tells Erika that he hasn't seen his wife in a week. Erika asks him if he is alright. Sean says that he needs go back to work. Janis tells Sean that she knows that he is sleeping with Erika. Janis tells Sean not to let Larry know about his affair. Sean asks where Larry is.

Jack and Renee meet Larry at the reflection pool. Larry is happy to see Renee and says that he thought he was not going to see her again. Larry says that Gedge was speaking to Vossler. He says that Vossler was a Special Forces soldier that served in Sengala. Jack tells Renee to go to Vossler's family and threaten them. Renee says that he is stepping over the line. Jack says that she stepped over the line when he tortured the sniper. Jack tells her to do what is necessary. Renee leaves to find Vossler's family. Larry tells Jack that he won't let Renee end up like him. Jack tells Larry to hand over his car keys. Larry tells Jack that rules are what makes them better. Jack says not today then leaves.

Dubako's men tells Dubako that he is unable to stop Henry from bleeding. Dubako tells him to catherize the wound. Dubako's girlfriend Maria calls him and asks him if he is going to make it to dinner. Dubako says that he is busy but will make it up to her later. After hanging up with Dubako, tells his sister Rosa that she loves Dubako. Rosa says that Maria doesn't know anything about Dubako and that she only wants to protect her. Maria says that she is going to be late for her shift then leaves.

Ethan tells Taylor that they can pull back the forces and launch an attack from the sea. Bill tells Taylor that he wants to send a limo to Dubako's rendezvous point to make it seem like they are handing him over. Taylor agrees with his plan.
