Sean tells Larry that by using satellite data, he found the truck that Motobo was taken with. Larry tells him to assemble a team. Janis tells Larry that she found a code fragment for the CIP device that they might be able to use to find out where the terrorists are going to target next.

Meanwhile in the White House, Ethan calls to Gedge but doesn't get an answer. Ethan leaves a message to have Henry call him back. Larry calls Ethan and tells him that they found the truck that was used to kidnap Motobo. Larry tells Ethan that he will let him know as soon as they find something.

Bill drives the team in his van as Chloe leads him to the transmitter in Motobo's tooth. Meanwhile, Motobo is brought to Dubako's hidden base. Dubako asks Motobo when was the last time they saw each other. Dubako says that he offered his hand in friendship and that he slapped it away. Dubako tells Motobo that he is now a traitor to his people. Dubako tells Motobo that he will return to Sengala and he will give General Jooma the names of all of his fellow traitors. Motobo says that he will never do that. Dubako tells Nichols that Taylor is stubborn but will no longer be after she sees dead Americans in the streets.

Jack, Bill and Tony go to the roof of a building where Motobo is being held. Renee arrives at the lobby and tells a security guard that she is from the FBI. She tells the guard that going to a law firm and would like to make the visit unannounced. Chloe guides Renee though the building to meet with the rest of the team. Jack goes to an empty room and opens up the floor. They find a secret compartment. Meanwhile, Motobo and his wife are brought to a room. Motobo tells his wife that he should have never allowed her to be kidnapped. Motobo's wife tells Motobo that they will be alright and that Jack will arrive soon. Chloe guides Jack to a vent where he can see Dubako's entire base.

Janis sees that the the code fragment that she found mentions the town Kidron, Ohio. Sean and Janis see that there is a chemical plant next to the town. Janis calls the plant and asks John the plant manager if they are experiencing any problems. John says that three of his safety valves have failed. Janis tells John that they might be under attack and that they need to take emergency action. John says that he is unable to reset the valves and that the pressure in the main tank is rising. He says that the poisonous chemicals that they hold will become atmospheric. Janis tells the manager to evacuate the plant.

Ethan and DHS Secretary Tim Woods learn about the chemical plant attack. Taylor goes over her next statement with her press secretary Angela. Ethan and Tim enter the room and tell her about the imminent attack on the chemical plant next to Kidron, Ohio. Tim says that if the plant explodes it could cause a pesticide cloud that might kill many of the residents. Taylor sees that the casualties might reach over 17 thousand. Chloe calls Jack and tells him that there will be an attack on a chemical plant and that they need to hurry. Jack inserts a camera into Dubako's room and sees several men accompanying Nichols and Dubako.

Sean tells Larry that NSA is trying to block the firewall. Janis guides the plant manager on how to reset the valves. The manger says that he is going to release some of the pressure of the valves manually. The manager asks Janis to load up the schematics on how to release the pressure. Janis sees that the protocol will release the chemicals in the room that the manager is in. The manager says that he is wearing a respirator that should keep him safe for a while. The manager opens one valve into the room that causes gas to enter the room. The manager opens the other valve. Meanwhile, Nichols tells Dubako that they have surveillance footage of Jack and Tony on the roof top. Dubako tells his team to pull out the CIP device and begin evacuation. In the FBI building, Sean sees that the firewall has been freed. Bill and Tony shoot their way into the room while Jack drops an explosive on the terrorists from a vent. Nichols goes to the Motobos and tells them to move, but Renee arrives and shoots him. The room erupts with gunfire as Dubako flees. Tony finds that the CIP device has been destroyed during the battle.

Janis calls John and tells him that the terrorist are no longer attacking. He tells John to get out of the room. John coughs and tells Janis that he can't reach the door. Janis tells John that she is sending a rescue team.
