Taylor listens to an audio message from Dubako where he takes responsibility for the near crash incident at JFK. He demands the complete withdrawal of U.S. forces in Sengala. Dubako says that if the U.S. doesn't withdraw, he will use the firewall module to wreak havok on the country's infrastructure. A Homeland Security agent tells Taylor that they will be able to rebuild the firewall within six days. Taylor tells the agent that the rebuild will take too long and orders to have the first responders alerted. Taylor tells her staff to try to get information from Tony.

Meanwhile, Larry takes Tony, Jack and Renee to the FBI office. Larry asks Renee why she acted without backup. Renee says that there is a leak in the office. Jack tells Larry that a mole set up a sniper to kill Gabriel and then helped the sniper escape the building. Jack tells Larry to tighten the circle around Tony. Larry says that he will only allow high level security access to Tony. Larry receives a call informing him that the White House wants to talk to him. Renee tells Jack that she trusts Larry without question.

Janis places biometric equipment on Tony in the interrogation room. Renee tells Janis that she thinks that there is someone in the office that is helping Tony. Renee tells her that she wants her help to find out who the mole is. Janis goes back to her office and Sean asks her why they are on level four security lockdown. Janis tells him to go back to work.

At their control center, Emerson tells a man that Tony has been captured by the FBI. The man tells Emerson that Tony is not necessary. Dubako tells the man that the U.S. troops have not withdrawn from Sengala. The man tells Dubako that they need to give the U.S. more time to respond.

Larry tells Renee and Jack that Tony is working with General Jooma. Jack tells Larry that he can get the CIP device from Tony. Jack convinces Larry that he is running out of time and has no better option. Jack enters the interrogation room and tells Tony that he watched him die in his arms. Jack asks him to explain how he is still alive. Jack says that he knows that he is working with Jooma. Jack tells Larry to save himself some time and pain and tell him where the CIP device is. Tony tells Jack that the U.S. should withdraw their troops from Sengala. Tony says that after his wife died he only looks forward to getting money. Tony tells Jack that the government also destroyed Jack's life. Jack gets angry and begins to choke Tony. Jack yells at Tony to hand over the device. Tony whispers to Jack, 'Deep Sky.' Larry sees that Jack is about to kill Tony and enters the room. Jack releases Tony then leaves the room. He calls a number and hears a person with an encrypted voice. Jack tells the person that Tony told him an old CTU emergency code 'Deep Sky.' Jack discovers that Bill Buchanan, his old CTU colleague, is on the other line. Jack tells Bill is that the FBI has Tony. Bill tells Jack that he will call him back in ten minutes.

At their hideout, Chloe tells Bill that they can't believe that Tony has been captured. Chloe tells Bill that they need to get Tony back undercover.

Henry, the President's husband, arrives at the White House and Ethan tells him to back off his investigation on his son's death. Henry says that Roger did not have a reason to kill himself. Ethan says that Roger was about to be investigated by the SCC for insider trading. Ethan gives Henry a case file and says that he killed himself before the investigation was complete. Ethan tells Henry that his wife knew about the case, but did not want to ruin his image of their son. Ethan is told by a secretary that the President wants to see him. Ethan tells Henry not to mention the information about his son to the President.

Taylor tells Ethan that in order to meet Dubako's demands, they should start to withdraw by 1pm. Taylor tells Ethan that if they don't give in to Dubako's demands, she risks the lives of thousands of Americans. Ethan suggests that they should withdraw. Taylor tells Ethan that they should explore every possible option and to keep working on Tony.

Bill says that their government is corrupt and that there are officials, including officials in the White House, that are working with Jooma and Dubako. Bill tells Jack that Chloe is working with him. Bill says that the FBI has been compromised. Bill asks Jack to get Tony out of the FBI building.

In the FBI office, Janis sees that Sean is preoccupied. Sean looks around then tries to access sensitive information, but is denied because of the security lockdown.
