Jack and Tony meet at the port. A port authority guard notices a noise from one of the containers. He sees that the container is empty and is ambushed by Jack and Tony. Jack puts a gun to the guard's head and asks him to take him the port manifest. Jonas calls one of his men near the port is told that Quinn has not arrived. Jonas says that he is worried that Jack found out about their plan. Jonas tells his men to wait for a while then proceed as planned. At the office, Jonas meets with the rest of the Starkwood board. He tells the members that he is upset that his company was not hired to deal with Juma. Doug, one of the chairmen tells Jonas that the company is under subpoena and that they should work with the new administration. Doug and Jonas meet in the hallway alone. Doug says that he is worried about Mayer's investigation. Jonas tells him that Mayer was killed by a rogue agent.

At the port, Jack looks up the records of the incoming ships. He sees that the manifest of a ship that arrived from Sengala is password protected. Karl, the Port Authority guard, says that the ship should be arriving soon. He says that he let the ship in because he was bribed to smuggle in what he thought was electronics. Karl gets a call from one of Jonas's men. Karl gets on the radio and says that he will let him in. Jack tells Karl that he needs to act as planned and open the gate to the port. Jack has Tony place a microphone on Karl and sends him on his way. While being set up, Karl says that he only took the bribe to take care of his family. Jack tells Karl to stay calm and sends him to meet with Jonas's men.

Karl opens the gate for Jonas's men who are carrying submachine guns. One of Jonas's men asks him about the security cameras. Karl says that he shut them down just like he instructed. The man asks Karl if he told his wife or anyone else about the smuggling and he says no. The man orders Karl to get in the car with him. Jack, who is monitoring Karl from afar gets upset that Karl is in danger.
