Larry calls Hayworth and tells him that he thinks that Juma is planning to humiliate Taylor then execute her. Renee tells Hayworth that they have a plan in place. Hayworth tells Larry that he can't authorize a plan that jeopardizes Taylor's life.

Meanwhile, Bill tells Jack that he thinks that someone outside the White House is working with Juma. Bill tells Jack that he is the only one who can find out who is providing Juma with information. Bill gets up, grabs a gun from one of Juma's men and shoots into the air, which ignites the natural gas. Larry sees that there is an explosion and tells his team to enter the White House. Aaron, Olivia's Secret Service agent, grabs a gun and protects Taylor and Olivia. A man is about to shoot Jack, but Senator Mayor distracts him. Jack finds Juma and tells him not to move. Juma tries to pull a gun, but Jack shoots him several times. Larry's team arrives and radios that the President is safe. Jack goes to Bill and sees that he is dead from the explosion.

Later, Taylor tells an agent that she will not leave the White House. She tells the agent that she wants to contact Hayworth. Taylor asks Olivia how she is doing. Olivia says that she thought that they were all going to die. Taylor tells Olivia that they are safe because the actions of some brave men.

Renee finds Jack near Bill's burned body. She tells Jack that Taylor is safe. Renee tells Jack that she is sorry for Bill. Jack says that he was supposed to be the one who set off the explosion. Jack tells Larry that Juma was not working alone. He tells Larry that Bill told him that he heard Juma receiving real time information from someone outside. Jack tells Larry that he wants to talk to Burnett to try to find out what he knows. Jack promises that he will not hurt Burnett. Larry tells Jack that he will look into it and tells his men to take Jack into custody. Renee tells Ethan that the President might still be in danger.
