6:00 pm through 7:00 pm

Dubako remains unconscious in the hospital's ICU. While the doctors are called away, a man posing as an orderly injects Dubako with a drug that causes him to crash. Taylor watches General Juma holds a press conference and says that he will resist the American forces in Sengala. Taylor tells Admiral Smith that they must capture Juma.

Meanwhile, Juma overlooks the Washington mall and asks Laurent, Dubako's son, if he is ready for the operation. Juma gets a call from the orderly and is told that Dubako is dead. Renee runs in and learns the news.

Jack calls Chloe and tells her that Juma is going to attack. He tells Chloe that a man named Burnett is in the database. He says that Burnett was working with Dubako. He asks her to delete his name so he won't realize that they are on to him. Chloe deletes his name just as Janis enters the room. Janis tells Chloe that she wants to help. Jack goes to the White House and plans to interrogate Burnett. Burnett calls Juma and asks if the attack will happen as planned. Ethan meets Senator Mayor and brings him up to speed about the operation that just took place. Ethan tells Mayor that Jack helped uncover the conspiracy. Mayor says that he can't believe that the government is working with a rogue agent. Mayor tells Ethan that he sees Jack as a thug. Ethan tells Mayor that the President is willing to support his War Crime Act in exchange for him dropping the hearings. Mayor tells Ethan that he doesn't want to back down.

Jack goes into Bill's office and knocks out a guard. He points a gun at Bill and asks him where Burnett is. Jack tells Bill that there is going to be another attack by Juma and that Burnett is working with him. Jack ties up Bill and finds out where Burnett is using his computer. Jack chokes Bill until he passes out. Jack grabs a taser from the guard and heads toward Burnett.

Renee calls Larry and tells him that Dubako is dead. She says that she thinks that he was murdered by an orderly. She says that she is trying to figure out who the man is. Renee is told by a security officer that he has a video of the orderly going into a car.

Janis tells Chloe that it looks like there was a name that was deleted from the database. Janis tells her that she wants to investigate the deletion. Chloe tells Janis that she can look into it faster. Chloe calls Jack and tells him that Janis found out that there is a name deleted from the file and that it is only a matter of time until she finds out that she did it.

Mayor goes to meet with the President. Burnett calls Juma and tells him that he is leaving the White House. Jack finds Burnett and tases him. In the FBI office, Janis shows Larry evidence of Chloe tampering with the files. She plays a phone conversation between Chloe and Larry talking about Burnett. Larry tells security to detain Chloe, then calls the White House.

Mayor meets with Taylor and tells her that Jack committed atrocities. Taylor tells Mayor that Jack worked under three Presidents. Mayor tells Taylor to use her power for the right reasons. Taylor asks Mayor to excuse Jack from the hearings. Mayor says that if she pardons Jack, it will send a message that his actions are excusable. Larry gets a hold of Taylor and tells him that he thinks Jack is interrogating Burnett.

Meanwhile, Jack ties Burnett to a chair and begins to shock him. Jack tells Burnett to tell him where Juma is going to attack. Burnett says that he doesn't know anything. Jack tells Burnett that he knows that he is lying to him. Jack takes off the taser's safety and threatens to shock Burnett's neck. Burnett admits that Juma is going to attack. Taylor gets on the intercom and tells him to unlock the door. Taylor orders Jack to stand down. Soldiers blow open the door and detain Jack. Mayor arrives and tells Jack that he is finished. Jack tells Mayor that Burnett was about to talk. Taylor asks Jack who his source is. Jack says that Tony was the man who told him about the attack. Taylor tells Mayor that Jack might be right. Jack tells Mayor that two planes went down today because of the terrorists. Taylor tells Ethan that she believes Jack. Taylor tells the soldiers to arrest Jack. Taylor tells Jack that he should have gone to her first. Taylor tells Ethan to raise the threat level. Taylor tells Mayor that she wants to talk to Burnett herself.

Homeland Security Secretary Tim Woods tells Taylor that there is some chatter about an attack. Taylor meets with Burnett and tells him that he is going to be charged with treason. Taylor tells Burnett that he wants him to talk. Ethan tells Burnett that if he talks, he will be given full immunity. Taylor tells Burnett that she will push for the death penalty if he doesn't talk. Burnett asks for his lawyer.

Meanwhile, Renee is driving when she sees the orderly's car at a warehouse. She investigates and finds several soldiers. Renee calls Larry and tells him where she is. Larry tells Renee that they have learned about another attack. Larry tells Janis to scramble a chopper on the rooftop. At the warehouse, Laurent tells Juma that he hasn't heard from his father. Juma tells him that he just spoke with him. He tells Laurent to stay and make final preparations for the attack. Renee calls Larry and tells him that she just saw Juma. Juma rides up an elevator then boards a boat with several soldiers. Renee jumps on board as the boat leaves the pier. She tries to call Larry, but her phone is broken.

Bill wakes up and calls Tony. He tells Tony that Jack is under arrest. He says that Jack was unable to find out where the attack is going to take place. Bill says that Burnett is not willing to take immunity for the exchange for giving up information.

Larry calls Janis and tells her that he can't get a hold of Renee. Janis says that Renee's phone is probably damaged. Meanwhile, Renee sneaks around in the boat and hears Juma brief the soldiers on the attack plan. The soldiers jump off the boat with scuba gear. Renee goes into the room and sees that the White House is going to be attacked. Laurent sees Renee and she jumps off the boat. Laurent tries to shoot Renee, but misses. Laurent gets on a motor boat and chases Renee on to the shore. Meanwhile, Juma's men start to drill underwater just underneath the White House.
