The team brings Wyatt to their headquarters. They tie him up and lock him in a cage. Lincoln beats him trying to convince him to call the General and inform him that he killed the entire team. Wyatt refuses to make the call. Lincoln is told that beating him won't work. The team notices that Mahone is in the corner looking like he wants to kill the man that killed his son.

Meanwhile in the General's office, Lisa tells him that it will take 3 days to move the Scylla. The General's assistant tells him that he is unable to get a hold of Wyatt. The General orders him to produce a news release about Michael's crew. He says that he wishes to use the media to find the crew.

Self enters the hideout carrying a briefcase. He tells the crew that he has another way of making Wyatt talk. He orders Sara to enter the cage and speak to Wyatt. Self tells everyone that Roland's body has been disposed of. Michael shows the crew the map of the area under the office. He plans out their route to break in and steal the Scylla.

The team leaves Mahone, Self and Sara with Wyatt while they head to T-Bag's office. T-Bag lets the team into his closet where they enter the secret passage underneath the carpet.

After, T-Bag leaves the closet, his boss, Gregory White, talks to him about receiving a resignation fax from Andrew. His boss tells him that it doesn't make sense why he would quit and is wanting to look into it.

T-Bag calls Gretchen to talk to her about Andrew and his murder. She tells him that Andrew's body has been disposed of. While arming her self with guns, she tells T-Bag that she is getting ready for a meeting.

Sara meets with Wyatt to try to convince him to call the General. Wyatt tells her that he knows that she is a doctor and has taken an oath to keep him alive. He tells her that he wants to find a way out of their mess that works for everybody. Mahone can't take being in the same room as Wyatt and begins to storm after him. Self stops him and tells him not to hurt him. He tells Mahone that when the time is right, he will step aside and let him do what he wants. Wyatt tells Sara that Mahone is no different than him. He says that he knows people in government that can help her and Michael. Sara tells him that it's over, exits and locks the cage.

Back at the office, T-Bag is asked to meet with Detective Connor Mera. Mera tells him that he wants to talk about Andrew.

In the tunnel under the office, Michael leads Lincoln, Sucre and Bellick to a spot where they must dig under a water supply pipe that moves 30,000 gallons of water every second. He says that the other side of the pipe is where the team needs to go next. The team begins pounding on the ground with hammers.

Back in the office, Mera tells T-Bag that a cousin of Andrew's fiance works at the mayor's office and wanted his disappearance to be investigated. He says that the police discovered that Andrew's resignation letter was faxed from a coffee shop. He tells T-Bag that it is unusual because Andrew has a fax machine at his house. Mera tells him that Andrew was spotted in his car with a woman. T-Bag tells him that Andrew was having an affair. Mera notices the noise that Michael and the crew is making and T-Bag says that it is from the office's faulty plumbing. Mera then tells him that he learned that T-Bag and Andrew did not get along very well.

In the tunnel, Michael figures that they can't dig under the pipe. He gets the idea of going through the pipe. Lincoln and Bellick leave the tunnel while Sucre begins to cut away a pipe that is able to fit a person inside.

Lincoln and Bellick exit T-Bag's office and run into the detective and Gregory. T-Bag tells them that he is spending his own money to build extra storage space in his closet. Lincoln and Bellick then leave the office.

Back at the hideout, Self shows Sara and Mahone the equipment that he brought over. Using voice recordings that he captured while Sara was talking to Wyatt he pieces together a string of clips having him say, 'They are all dead. It's over.' Self tells Sara to take a walk with him and leaves Mahone alone with Wyatt. Mahone takes a bag into the cage and tells him that he will make him suffer.
