Lincoln describes his plan to retrieve the General's Scylla to the gang. He says that he and Sucre will wait in a car until the General gets into his limo with his case. When he gets the signal, Lincoln will ram the General's car, take the case, and escape unharmed. The gang can't think of a better idea, so they agree to Lincoln's plan. Sucre is a little worried about surviving the crash.

Michael and Self meet Gretchen in a church. She tells Michael that her goal is to bring down the Company. Self convinces Michael to be partners with Gretchen because she has the missing pages of the bird book.

Michael and Bellick find out about Roland losing the device in Vegas. Michael tells Roland he can either sit out the rest of the mission or he'll tell Self and Roland can go back to jail. Roland goes upstairs and loads up his computer. He tracks something, then pulls out his cell phone. Michael interrupts and takes the computer away. Roland looks relieved then sends a text on his cell phone.

Sara talks to Michael about his nosebleeds. He assures her that he's fine, but she says he doesn't look well. Michael then tells her that Gretchen is still alive and is now working with them. Sara flashes back to being whipped by Gretchen.

Mahone is focused on getting Wyatt. Michael tells him he can seek his revenge later, but Mahone is afraid that if too much time passes, he will lose the opportunity to seek revenge on his son's killer.

Wyatt loads his gun, then receives a text message asking how much for Scofield and Burrows. Wyatt goes to the General and pulls him out of his meeting. He tells him about the text. He tells him the message is untraceable. The General tells him to follow through and see where it leads.

Gretchen, T-Bag, and his secretary are at the Gate Corporation. Their goal is to act normal to provide a cover while Michael tunnels underneath. Mr. Fang walks in and demands T-Bag hand over Scylla. Gretchen intervenes by telling him her name is Susan and they worked together in the past. Satisfied by Gretchen's details of the case they worked on together, Mr. Fang allows her to have time to capture the Scylla. They make a deal and decide he will give her $125 million for the Scylla.

T-Bag asks Gretchen what his cut will be. She tells him $25 million. He asks how much Scofield and the others will get. She tells him that she doesn't think they'll be around to collect anything. She then laughs and says that Scylla is more than the Company's little black book.

Michael and Lincoln tell Self about the hit and run plan. They adjust the plan to have Sara administer a large dose of Morphine to the General so they can just borrow his Scylla while he's passed out and return it before he wakes up. Michael tells Self that their plan requires them to pretend to be EMTs. He tells Self that he knows about an ambulance in the Federal Impound Lot that he can steal.

Self goes to the Federal Impound Lot and brings the attendant a coffee drink. Self tells the man that he works for Homeland Security and needs to borrow a sedan for an undercover mission. Self entertains the man with his stories while Lincoln and Michael steal the ambulance. While the brothers hot-wire the vehicle, the argue about Michael's health. Self sees the brothers drive off and tells the man he'll come back later for the sedan.

Roland sees that Sara and Michael aren't wearing their trackers. He asks Sara why they don't just run away. Sara tells him that they have a higher stake in the mission than just running off together. Roland apologizes to Sara for Vegas.

Self approaches Sara and tells her that Gretchen wants to meet with her later to clear the air. Sara flashes back to her brutal time with Gretchen and says no thanks.

The team prepares for their mission. Bellick tells Sucre he has a bad feeling and asks him to call his mom if anything happens to him.

Roland receives a text message from Wyatt who tells him he'll give him $1 million to tell him where to find the brothers. Roland accepts the offer, looks at the maps the gang left behind, and texts their location.
