The General meets with a Company manager named Stewart. He tells Stewart that the Scylla is in Miami. He says that they checked his cell phone and found that he made calls with an unknown party. He asks Stewart who has Scylla and he says that he doesn't know. The General's henchman starts to choke Stewart.

Mahone looks through the sniper's cell phone. The General calls Lincoln and asks him who has Scylla. Lincoln says that they spotted a sniper, but he is now dead. T-Bag asks Lincoln why he didn't tell The General that Christina has the Scylla. Mahone says that he thinks if they tell the General about Christina, he may no longer need them.

Michael looks at the two lines of code on the piece of paper that he took from the person who hijacked the truck. He figures that his initials are in the first line of code. He looks at the other line of code and wonders who has the initials VS.

Christina is told that Lincoln got away. Christina says that she doesn't think anyone can stop her from what she wants to do.

The team tries to figure out where the Scylla is. Lincoln gets a text from Michael who asks him to meet him at the marina. He tells Mahone that he told Michael not to come to Miami. Michael and Sara wait for Lincoln. Mahone shows up and tells them that Lincoln is not coming. Mahone says that he is there to warn them about his mother. He says that Christina has the Syclla. Mahone tells them that Christina tried to kill Lincoln. He says that they can take down the Company and get the Scylla back.
