A man tells Christina, Michael and Lincoln's mom, that someone tried to access their Home Secure account. He then tells Christina that Michael escaped the Company's custody and is head their way.

Michael and Sara get a ride to a truck stop. Mahone learns that the key belongs to a location in Little Havana. Michael calls Lincoln and tells him that he is free. Lincoln tells Michael that the only way to get their lives back is by giving the Scylla to the General. He warns Michael that the General will try to kill him. Michael tells Lincoln that their mom is alive. He tells Lincoln that they will see them in Miami. Michael and Sara see a police officer approach them. Michael and Sara bribe a truck driver for a ride. The driver tells them that they have to ride in the back.

Mahone and Lincoln go to a mansion that the key unlocks. Mahone tells Lincoln that if the Scylla is in the house, there should be security. They enter the house and look around. Lincoln finds a picture of himself and his mom when he was younger on the table. He tells Mahone that the people who owned the house knew that they were coming. Mahone tells Lincoln that his mother could have Scylla.

Michael tells Sara that he doesn't believe that his mom is a company agent. He says that Christina had symptoms like him and that the Company operated on her. Michael wonders if his mom cared about what he and his brother were going through.

The General rides in a limo with Griff, one of the former Scylla owners. The General tells him that he thinks that Michael was brilliant. Griff tells his driver to stop the limo, gets out and tells the General goodbye. The General realizes that he is being set up. He tries to take his seat belt off, but it doesn't unlock. He uses a corkscrew to try to cut his way out. Griff gets in another car, drives away, and presses a button that detonates a bomb in the limo.

T-Bag takes his key to a church. A man asks if he can help him. T-Bag tells the man that he is there to do some research. T-Bag asks the man if he can go to the back. The man tells T-Bag that the area is his sanctuary. He asks to see T-Bag's hand. He tells T-Bag that he knows that he is a criminal. T-Bag takes his hand back and tries to go to the back, but is blocked by two large men. The man tells T-Bag that he should leave.
