Sucre, Mahone, and Lincoln work out the details for breaking into the Scylla room. Self tells Michael that Gretchen didn't give them the sixth card. They try to figure out how to get the sixth card without losing anymore men. Self hands Michael an envelope from Gretchen with a useful piece of information.

Michael hands Sarah the envelope and tells her that if the guys all die trying to take down the Company, but he lives because he called in sick, he will not be able to live with himself. Michael decides to skip the hospital and tells Lincoln that he's going with them. Sarah gives Michael a shot that will prevent him from having a seizure. She makes him promise that he will get help after the mission is over. Michael sees Sucre praying and tells him not to worry because it will all work out. Sucre tells Michael that he's not praying for himself.

The General meets with Lisa and tells her that she was right about Gretchen. He tells Lisa that Gretchen won't bother them anymore and says he wants Scylla moved right away.

The gang meets T-Bag at his office. Trishanne watches T-Bag make a call and listens in as he calls Gretchen. Gretchen tells T-Bag that an old friend called her and asked if he could get in on the Scylla deal. T-Bag leaves and Trishanne calls Self.

Sarah waits on a bench while the guys move through the tunnel. Michael tells the guys that they have to be absolutely silent or else it will trigger the alarms. The guys begin to break through the concrete and glass walls without making a sound. They use the car batteries to generate the electromagnetic field to help break through the walls. They insert umbrellas into the holes they drilled and use the computer to monitor guide their way. They clear a hole and are able to see inside the room. The construct a suspension bridge by inserting a ladder held by ropes attached to the ceiling. Sucre crawls across the bridge as he constructs it. He drops a piece of equipment, but catches it just before it hits the ground. Lincoln walks out to help Sucre regain his footing on the bridge while Michael nervously watches.

Self and Trishanne arrive at the address she heard Gretchen give to T-Bag. They agree to shoot without hesitation and enter the house with their weapons drawn. The two find themselves surrounded by Fang and his men who tell them that they've been waiting.

Gretchen tells T-Bag that Fang has Self and Trishanne. Gretchen tells T-Bag to let Scofield and Burrows walk through the door and wait for them to surrender. T-Bag tells Gretchen that if they need to fight, she should leave Scofield for him.

Lisa tells The General it's time to move Scylla. Meanwhile, Michael walks the bridge and starts to have blurred vision and brain pain. He recovers and makes it across the bridge. He sprays liquid nitrogen to trick the heat sensors, then cuts through the glass wall while the guys watch. Michael removes the glass and carefully sets it on the ground.

Sarah sees Lisa and her gang walk down the street. Meanwhile, Self and Trishanne are handcuffed to chairs.

Michael reaches in to grab the Scylla. The General's alarm is activated and he turns on his computer monitor. The General sees Michael and calls for a team to meet him downstairs immediately.
