The gang sits around at headquarters wondering what to do about contacting Bellick's family. Self announces that Bellick's body is on the way to the morgue and homeland security is guarding it. The gang protests, saying that Self told them their bodies would be returned to their next of kin if anything happened. Self claims he didn't make the promise and says the Bellick needs to remain a John Doe to protect their work. Sucre gets up and attacks Self. Self finally tells the gang that he'll try to get Bellick's body back.

Gretchen tells Michael that she knows about Bellick. She also informs them that the Company is moving Scylla to a bunker in Pennsylvania tomorrow. Michael points out that Gretchen knows a lot about the Company despite claiming she is working against them.

Lisa tells the General about the schematics involved in moving Scylla. The General suggests that they call in David Baker to be safe, but Lisa assures him that it won't be necessary, they can do it in house and Scylla will be gone by morning.

Sucre tells the gang that he promised Brad he would call his mom if anything happened to him. They look over Bellick's belongings, remembering their friend.

Michael and Self go over the bird book. Michael thinks they are missing something because everything looks too easy. He examines the letters C M E. He thinks it could mean "see me". Michael writes down the other letters on the page and discovers it spells David Baker. They determine that they need to find David Baker to figure out what the symbols mean.

T-Bag sits in his office, Trishanne brings her Gretchen's fingerprints. T-Bag looks over her file and see no connection to anyone in the team. Trishanne also mentions that Gretchen has no connection to Whistler, causing T-Bag to become upset. he asks how she knows about Whistler and she says she just over heard his name, but doesn't know anything about him.

Michael and Sara say they will find David Baker while the rest of the team goes back underground. Michael then passes out. He wakes up and insists that he's okay, but Sara makes them take Michael to the hospital. Self reminds them to use their fake IDs.

T-Bag approaches Mr. White and asks how long Trishanne has worked for the company. T-Bag asks to look at her application so he can have a better understanding about who works for him. Mr. White tells him he'll get her file, then tells T-Bag he needs to step things up at work.

Gretchen goes up to T-Bag at work and tells him that Scylla is moving. She tells him that they will still stick to their plan and wait. She tells him about noodling, which is when someone swims down to the bottom of a muddy creek and sticks his hand in a hole. She says that sometimes the person will find a catfish in the hole and he can take it out, but other times the the person will reach in and find a snapping turtle which will take his hand clean off. T-Bag asks if she is comparing Michael to a noodler and she says yes. Trishanne then enters the office and tells them the 'contractors' are here. The gang is unhappy to see Gretchen with T-Bag. T-Bag asks where 'the fat man' is and they tell him he's dead.

Sara takes Michael to the hospital and asks to speak with a neurologist. The nurse asks if he has insurance. Sara says yes, but she forgot their card. The nurse asks Michael about his family history, then takes him in for examination.

Howard Scuderi asks the General why they are relocating Scylla and points out that the move could compromise the time line for phase two. Lisa walks in and tells the men that they need more time to dismantle the security around Scylla. The General then says that he can make it happen faster and calls David Baker.

Mahone goes to the Baker's house and talks to David's wife. She tells him that he is not taking anymore projects. Mahone asks her if she knows anything about Scylla. She then lets him in and Mahone meets David Baker. David tells Mahone that it's been a long time since he designed Scylla.

While climbing through the tunnels, Sucre tells Lincoln about how Bellick saved his life in prison. Sucre and Lincoln enter a room and realize they need to take down a wall. Sucre steps on a round metal object which makes a noise. Lincoln investigates and realizes Sucre is stepping on an explosive. He tells Sucre that if he moves, he'll be dead.

Michael calls the gang, but Sara reminds him that they're underground and he can't reach them. He and Sara then talk about Bellick and about things have changed. The doctor then calls Michael in for the exam.
