- Week two of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here aired tonight on NBC. Find out what happened when Heidi and Spencer, Sanjaya, Janice Dickinson, Lou Diamond Phillips, and the rest were dropped into the Costa Rica jungle.

Heidi and Spencer enter the lost chamber and see the room is filled with various large spiders. Meanwwile, the other celebrities consider whether or not they should be allowed back into the competition. The group decides that they will let Heidi and Spencer return to the game. The two return to camp and Heidi sings for the group. Janice tells her she sounds like a drowning cat. Most of the guys in the group think Janice was out of line. Janice apologizes to Heidi and harmony is restored to the group.

Frances struggles with the absence of her friend Angela and decides she needs to go home. The group understands and say goodbye. Heidi feels sick and Spencer prays for her recovery. The celebrities start to become annoyed with Heidi and Spencer's over zealous religiosity. Spencer sees that Patti has something on her mind and pushes her to open up about what she's feeling. Eventually, Patti tells Daniel about how she and her family have lost everything.

Damien and Myleene arrive at camp to tell Sanjaya and Janice that America has chosen them to face each other at the food trial. The two head to the jungle clearing and see they will be playing for lobster and fruit. They are told that they will take turns being chained up inside a tank that will fill with water and critters. The person who escapes in the shortest amount of time wins the trial. Sanjaya goes first and completes the task in 3 minutes and 12 seconds. Janice goes next and calls it quits after the water filled with snakes and baby alligators rise. The two return to camp and Janice begins to cry. Sanjaya comforts her, but Daniel thinks Janice is just putting on an act. The celebrities are impressed with Sanjaya's limitless skills as he makes ink, jewelery, and a broom.

Heidi is still sick and goes off into the woods to throw up. Spencer thinks her illness is a sign from God that they should leave again. The rest of the camp thinks she was just sick because she wasn't eating or drinking enough water. The ambulance arrives and takes Heidi and Spencer away. Janice tells the group that she thinks Heidi is faking her illness, but the others think it is for real. Janice then starts to take advantage of Sanjaya by making him give her massages and bring her things which upsets the other men in the camp.

Lou announces that the group has to choose a new leader. The group heads to the clearing to participate in the leadership trial. The celebrities are presented with worms, ants, a walking stick with cow's tongue and bull's testicles. After no one is able to complete the trial, they vote to have Lou remain in charge. Lou assigns tasks to the celebrities and asks Janice to do the dishes. They then sit around and talk about the charities they are representing. The group learns that Heidi and Spencer will not be returning. Heidi is determined not to have any serious illness and is feeling better. When the men's special dinner arrives, Sanjaya reads that they will be getting smaller portions since they broke the rules earlier when they shared their food with the women. The celebrities then head to the clearing to compete in the immunity trial. The celebrities, except for Janice who is still ill, grab onto a bar and hang above the water. The person who hangs on the longest will receive immunity.

Thoughts:
