Nathan is at his apartment and sees Linderman. Nathan tells him that he realizes that he is not really there and is only a vision. Linderman tells him that he is there to help guide him to work for the higher power of God. Tracy wakes up after hearing Nathan talking.

Peter returns from the future and enters Sylar's cell on Level 5 of the Primatech facility. Sylar tells Peter that he is his brother and now more like him, controlled by a insatiable hunger. Peter snaps his neck and Sylar crumples.

Angela sees this and enters the cell. Peter begins to telekinetically choke her and asks her what secrets she holds. He begins to slice her through her temple, but Sylar rises because of his newly gained power of immortality that he took from Claire and pushes him against the glass. Peter is unconscious and Noah appears. Sylar leaves his cell and Noah tells him that they will be leaving to capture an escaped villain.

Back at Claire's house, Sandra realizes that her daughter is following her in father's footsteps by trying to apprehend the villains. Meredith looks over the files of the villains with Sandra and leaves to try to find Claire at the home of a nearby villain.

Meanwhile, Claire arrives at the doorstep of the home of Stephen Canfield, a man who can create mini-blackholes. After Stephen gets off the phone trying to contact his family, Claire sneaks up and stuns him with a taser.

Later, Stephen wakes up and tries to tell Claire that he is not a villain. Claire has read his file and knows that he killed a man. Stephen creates a vortex and sucks up the taser. He then convinces Claire that he accidentally killed his neighbor and that all he wants to do now is see his family. Claire believes him and decides to help him contact his wife and daughter using his file that she received from the company.

Stephen calls his wife and asks to meet her at a nearby carousel. Before the details are finalized, the phone line is cut.

Suddenly, Noah arrives and Claire identifies him as her dad. Stephen freaks out and holds her hostage as Sylar also enters the home. Stephen runs and creates a vortex in the middle of the room. Claire is about to be sucked into the black hole, but Sylar saves her.

Meanwhile, Doctor Mohinder Suresh knocks out a drug dealer on the street and brings his body back to the lab. Maya arrives brings him a flyer that was posted on his door reporting Suresh's neighbor missing. Maya sees a trail of blood leading to the backroom and decides to leave.

Later that night, Maya returns, goes to the backroom and finds the neighbor alive in a sticky webbing attached to the wall. Suresh returns and hears someone fumbling around. He goes to the back and sees things misplaced. Maya then activates her slow death by proximity power, causing Suresh to reel in pain.

Suresh discovers Maya hiding under a cart and convinces her to stop. Maya calls him a monster and then he decides to encapsulate her in webbing as well.
