Lost Planet 2 takes place 10 years after the original game. The game features new tropic environments due to terraforming on the planet. Gameplay will be stepped up with the ability to create 4 player teams for campaign play. Lost Planet 2's visual effects will receive an upgrade with the use of Capcom's new MT Framework 2 technology. The released date for the Xbox 360 will be announced later.
