FBI Agent Seely Booth enlists the help from the Jefferson's Institute's forensic anthropology team led by Dr. Temperance Brennan. With her help, Booth solves crimes by analyzing the remains of the murdered. The pair compliment each other with Booth having a humanist approach to cases while Brennan is scientific and logical. The Institute director and archaeologist, Dr. Camille Saroyan, also assists in cases. Facial Reconstructionist, Angela Montenegro, and entomologist, Dr. Jack Hodgins, also lend a hand. On the show, sexual tensions rise and friendships form all while the team solves cases.
