Tom and Samantha announce that Lawrence and Edyta, Shawn and Mark, Chuck and Julianne, and David and Kim have enough points to escape the dance off. After the break, the hosts announce that Denise and Max, Melissa and Tony, Lil' Kim and Derek, and Gilles and Cheryl are safe.

After the performance of Jewel, Tom and Samantha announce that Holly and Dimitri, Ty and Chelsea, Steve-O and Lacy will dance again next week. They say that Steve Wozniak and Belinda Carlisle will compete for the last spot in a dance off.

After the break, the hosts announce that the judges score for the dance tonight will count as half of their total. Belinda and Jonathan are first as they dance the salsa. The judges say that they saw more hip action, but they saw that Belinda messed up with her foot work. Backstage, Belinda says that she did the best that she could. Carrie Ann gives Belinda a 5, Len gives a 6 and Bruno gives her a 6.

Steve says that he wants to perform the quick step. After some bad timing and a missed catch during their dance, Steve finishes. Bruno tells Steve that he admires him, but that he is not a good dancer. Carrie says that Steve was better than last night, but she saw him lose energy. Len says that he admires his determination, but saw no improvement. They all agree that Steve was fun to watch. Backstage, Steve says that he loved dancing the whole time. He says that he feels lucky to be able to dance twice. Carrie announces that she gave Steve a 6, Len says 5, and Bruno gives him a 6. The dancers see that the dance off scores are equal, giving the ultimate say to their previous performance and the public vote. After the break, the hosts announce who will be able to continue.
